一年前入手了 eGate Controller Pro2，当时就觉得服务很好，有完整教学，自己安装也很顺利 👍🏻 最近突然连接不到网络，用不到 App，有点紧张 😅 联系了客服后，对方非常耐心，一步一步帮我检查，完全没有不耐烦。 最后才发现问题不是产品，而是我家 autogate 的电池坏了 😓 换了新电池后，马上恢复正常！ 这一点真的让我很加分——不是一味推责任，而是认真帮顾客找出真正问题 🙏🏻 用了快一年，产品稳定，配合 App 开门真的很方便，再也不用担心 remote 没电 👍🏻 整体体验很好，值得推
