Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within  1-2 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional hours in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Location	Estimated delivery time
West Malaysia	3 – 5 business days
East Malaysia	5 – 7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Eden Robot ships to addresses within Malaysia.
